God Forgives

     As I prepare for the release of "His Mistress or God's Daughter?" I can't help but reflect upon the happenings of today. I watched Tiger Wood's apology and I couldn't help but feel compassion for him. Why? Because we all fall into the traps of the enemy and although we owe the world nothing....they put such a burden on people to be how they think they should be. This man plays golf! Folks act like he's a savior or something that should have been without fault. Start teaching your children to look up to you, and then you become the example for your own children and stop putting this weight on celebrities and sportsmen and women. These are folks who had a talent and just because they have talent, doesn't mean that they are saved. We must start teaching people to look up to Jesus, who is the author and finisher of their faith.....not man!
     What gets me even more, is the fact that all the women who came forward are just let off the hook. They had just as much obligation as he did to be apologizing to his wife and family for the role they played. Tiger wouldn't have cheated with any of them, if they would have not made themselves available. But get this, the world says, "Well, he was the one who was married!" But God says, "They all committed adultery and no sin shall glory in my sight!" Stop allowing the enemy to play trickery with your mind and works demonic works through you. Now, we'll see how the media hype them up and the next thing you know, they'll be famous and known for sleeping with a married man. So, just as Tiger needs counseling, so do the women who thought less of themselves to become a mistress and do the things that's expected of mistresses.
     It's a known fact that once a man becomes famous, there are women waiting to have affairs for the sake of being connected to someone famous. Well sisters, get connected to a Man, who was more famous than any man, who loved the sinner, healed the sick, and raised the dead....get connected to JESUS....if nothing more than for just the sake of being connected. I'd rather be connected to somone with whom I'll have the opportunity of getting eternal salvation from, than to connect to someone who's going home to his family and leaving me with nothing except for the scars of a forbidden relationship. 
     The best advice for Tiger is to allow Christ into his life! There is no temptation known to man that God cannot deliver you from. And if you truly want counseling for not having self-control...give your life to the one who will perfect self-control and all of the fruits of the spirit in you. To all of you who are passing judgment....be careful lest you should fall. Sometimes it's best to keep our opinions to ourselves and pray. The prayers of the righteous availeth much. The same world that will put you above humanity and make you bigger than the stars, will drop you on your face and utterly destroy your name....God forgives and he whom the Son has set free, is free indeed!
