The Power Series

Hello My Faithful Friends & Readers,
I just wanted to tell you a little about my next book...The Power Series releasing in March. Yes! March is a good month because as Christ would have it, my wonderful awesome mother, Helen Barnett Quaker Hall was born March 8th. So in honor of my mother, I'm releasing a book in her month! Yeah! It's a compilation of short stories but there's more to this book than just a friendly ride in reader's land.

The more or should I say longer I live, I am completely amazed at how I can experience the same exact thing as you and we both handle it entirely different. Like for example: a bad break up might make me more determined to go after my dreams, so I can prove to my ex I did not need them to become who I was destined to be; but you may just withdraw in the depths of your bedroom and stay in the bed for months- with the lights off -wishing you could just die. I'm not saying that I'm better than you or you are less than me or vice verse for reacting as you did, but I am using this book the expose the power that things like pain, love, the lack of forgiving, or being restored has on us if we allow the negative from life events to govern our existence.

You are and were created to fit into God's Kingdom, adding a certain dose of destiny to make this world a place of love. You will never accomplish the designed plan of action assigned to you if you are driven or either halted by things you could not change or circumstances you created because of disobedience, negligence, or mishandling or refusing God's laws. Yeah! Yeah! Yeah! I know we are saved by grace but I also know that some of us are misusing grace to the point that God desires for me to tell you....Jesus did not come to do away with the law but that through Him the law may be fulfilled. Everything that has happened in your life is a product of either your obedience to God or your disobedience to God. Now you go figure it out!

Well, The Power Series gives you four distinctive stories; each setting forth the purest example of how the power of ....pain, restoration, love, and forgiving can alter your life negatively or positively. We all know that although pain is inevitable but we must also know that it does not last always and time has the power to usher in peace if you use it correctly. I'm so excited about this book (not saying I wasn't about my last four), but this one in particular holds a special place in my heart.
